By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are proud of our premium quality products.

However, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our product, and we cannot refund if you change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days) and provide your order number and a photo of the goods. We will work with you to correct the problem. Please email us at help@matchanature.com.
If your order has not arrived at the expected time, please check the tracking link provided in the confirmation email. If the order is lost or goes missing, please contact us with the order number and we will follow up.
Approved refunds will be processed to your payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

2. Payment and Security

Our website is hosted on Shopify, a secure online platform. SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance is used to keep your data safe. Credit card details are encrypted and stored in accordance with the policies of Shopify.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We need to collect personal information such as name, address and email in order to complete your purchase and provide support. We do not sell your personal information and only share what is necessary to complete the transaction.

We will ask your permission before sending you any marketing emails, and you can opt out of these at any time.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and they may store your personal data and credit card details in accordance with their terms of service.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use NZ Post Couriers to ship within New Zealand, including rural addresses. At this time we are unable to ship to other countries.

When your order is sent, we will email tracking information to you.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.
Shipping charge is $5.99 NZD per order.
Free shipping on orders over $80 NZD.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that get lost due to an incorrect address.

5. Pricing and Product information

All prices listed on our site are New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

We endeavour to provide accurate product information but cannot guarantee that every detail will be exactly the same as you see on your screen.

6. Age of Consent

By using our website, you are confirming that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have consent from a legal guardian to use the site to place an order.
